Pathway Church is located in Redding—a Northern California outdoor sanctuary surrounded by mountains, lakes, and trails. We don't have a massive corporate hub, and while we do have a wonderful local airport, the nearest international airport is a couple hours away. If your ideal weekend is a 15-minute Uber to a luxury mall, this is not the place for you.

But if you want to trade the chaotic rat race for hunting, fishing, hiking, and boating—while still leading at a massive, high-impact level—you just found heaven. You get a fractional cost of living, a breathtaking backyard, and a church engine ready for you to drive.

The Engine

We are a 4,500+ member Christian and Missionary Alliance church that is focused on GRACE. Our Children’s Ministry actively disciples around 300 kids every single week.

Because of the sheer scale of this operation, this is not a training ground. We deeply value raising up young leaders, but this specific role requires a seasoned, high-energy, proven leader to take the wheel. You don't need a pastor's title, but you must be perfectly aligned with our evangelical doctrine and possess the battle scars of real, large-scale kids' ministry experience.

The Blueprint for Your Operation

You are not here to babysit. You are here to build a predictable, high-output discipleship machine that partners with parents. and an incredible children's staff, to shape the next generation. You will oversee all programming across Early Childhood and Elementary ministries.

The Volunteer Pipeline:

• You are an equipper. You will recruit, train, and aggressively support a massive volunteer team. You will build a culture where volunteers feel equipped, deeply valued, and fiercely loyal.

The Programming Engine:

• You will develop and execute dynamic, Christ-centered programming. You know that capturing a kid's attention is the first step to capturing their heart. Boring is not an option.

The Operations Protocol:

• You understand that chaos is the enemy of scale. You will manage the systems, steward the budget, and lock down safety and administrative processes to bring order and peace to the ministry.

The Parent Partnership:

• You will establish crystal-clear communication systems that empower and resource parents to be the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
