Orofino is seeking God’s will in selecting the next senior pastor for ‘His’ church. It is our desire that this man has experienced a genuine call into ministry and feels a deep sense of purpose in shepherding a local congregation into maturity for the glory of God. This candidate will have a deep love for the people of God in and out of the church, preaching the gospel of Christ to a multi-generational audience. He will desire to equip the saints, both men and women in the use of spiritual gifts designed by God to encourage and edify the local congregation as well as those beyond the walls of the church.

An ideal candidate will desire to be a team builder with a heart to mentor volunteer and church staff while being comfortable in delegating responsibilities and communicating vision. This candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s level education from an accredited seminary/bible college whose credentials are in alignment with the Christian Missionary Alliance and preferably have experienced a minimum of three years of significant ministry experience.

Orofino Community Church has a unique calling and favor in our region to minister with and to other bodies of Christ in our Corridor. Our candidate for Senior Pastor would need to be comfortable working with others of a different denominational background to see the gospel of Christ established in the Clearwater Corridor.
