Senior Pastor - Clearview Christian & Missionary Alliance Church

The Clearview Christian & Missionary Alliance Church is located in a small, fairly rural development (Clearview Heights) in southern Rensselaer County, NY. It is about a half-hour drive from the State capital, Albany, but it is not by any means an urban or suburban church – “fairly rural” is the best description.

This 75-person congregation is aging, with a majority of people age 55+. It is a stable church of mature believers who recognize the need to rejuvenate the congregation and add younger families and adults to the body. Current members have the desire to attract new members to come to Christ and help them grow to maturity in Christ.

Looking for a Senior Pastor who has:

• Pastoral experience including leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
• A love for people and a desire to equip leaders and members of the congregation.
• Strong Biblical teaching skills (please include sermon links on your resume).
• Excellent relationship skills and a desire to engage people in the church and the community.
