**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified Senior Pastor to join our church community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our congregation, delivering sermons, and providing spiritual guidance. This position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.

**Qualifications:**
- Must hold appropriate licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance
- Demonstrated experience in pastoral ministry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to deliver engaging sermons and provide spiritual guidance
- Commitment to upholding the values and beliefs of our church community

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead worship services and deliver inspiring sermons
- Provide pastoral care and support to congregants
- Oversee church operations and administration
- Mentor and guide other staff members
- Engage with the community and participate in outreach programs
- Uphold the values and mission of The Christian & Missionary Alliance
