Church Location: The church is located in the suburbs of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, a small city with a big heart. It has the culture and flavor of a small city with surrounding wide-open spaces for hiking, camping, canoeing, fishing, and hunting.
Job Description: The church is seeking a pastor who will lead and shepherd their medium-sized congregation to fulfill its mission to be a disciple-making community that multiplies. A more descriptive job description will be available soon. The church is just entering a pastoral transition. During their transition, they will be supported so as to discern the greatest needs in their church so they can best be positioned to impact their community with the Gospel. We are currently collecting resumes for interested pastoral candidates.
Ideal Start Date: Fall 2024
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Including or in addition to a minimum of 30 credit hours of Bible, theology, and ministry study)
Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a staff pastor
Compensation: Full-time salary with benefits, Housing allowance
Church Size: 300 Avg. Sunday Attendance
Church Setting: Suburban
