**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Solo Pastor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation. This position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
- Strong commitment to the Christian faith and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in pastoral care and leadership.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide spiritual leadership to the congregation.
- Conduct worship services, baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
- Offer pastoral care and counseling to church members.
- Collaborate with church staff and volunteer teams.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement efforts.
