Location: New Spring Church, Colorado Springs, CO

New Spring Church of Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Pastor who embodies dynamic preaching, visionary leadership, and a warm, relational approach. Our congregation aspires to deepen our relationship with Jesus and foster greater engagement with one another and the wider community.

New Spring Church is a member of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. New Spring Church is known for its family-like community, strong biblical teaching, and commitment to both local and global missions. Our congregation consists of 305 active members and participants, with an average Sunday morning attendance of 182. We have one additional full-time staff and five part-time staff members who help coordinate a full program of activities for children, youth, and adults.
