The next pastor should be servant leader that has a distinct calling from the Lord to lead a congregation with clear vision of where God is leading. He should work to disciple and mentor people to move into areas of volunteering and leadership in the church. He must be able to dele-gate roles and responsibilities and be able to maintain a healthy ratio of congregation to family needs. One who leads with vision, discernment, and steady dependence on God.

1. Properties and facilities
The church, parsonage, and a dedicated youth building are located on one large tract of land with room for expansion and growth.
The church sanctuary seats 300 with a narthex, restrooms and office space on main level, and fellowship hall, kitchen, restrooms and classrooms on lower level
The youth building has restrooms, open floor plan, and attached two stall garage.
The parsonage is a ranch style home, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms and laundry on the main level with integral garage and finished basement with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, family room and 2-stall garage on lower level.
A large two stall garage houses the church van and grounds-keeping equipment.
Additionally, there is a playground area, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits and a covered pavilion with water and electricity.
