Deltona Alliance Church, located 30 minutes from beautiful beaches and less than an hour from Walt Disney World Resort, is looking for their next Family Pastor. DAC is heavily involved in missions both locally and globally, and we strongly encourage and desire for people to use their gifts and passions to fulfill the mission of Christ in our church.

The family pastor will be the face of family ministries at Deltona Alliance Church by providing visionary leadership in three key areas: kids ministry, youth ministry, and ministry to the whole family. This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/weekly) where you will contextualize and implement a missional discipleship strategy focusing on All of Jesus for our kids, students, families, and the unreached in our community.

We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree (15+ hours of Bible classes strongly encouraged) and preferably has 3-5 years experience leading a church’s children/youth program, but we would consider someone who has served/interned in youth ministries in different contexts.
