Job Description: Mountain View Alliance Church is seeking a Lead Pastor to shepherd a warm, close-knit congregation through a season of transition and renewed gospel vision. The incoming pastor will lead the church in its GROW mission—Gathering in Christ, Reaching the World, Overflowing with the Holy Spirit, and Walking in new life daily. The pastor will provide biblical teaching, pastoral care, and missional leadership that helps the congregation grow as disciples who make disciples.

Compensation: Health Coverage, Full-time Salary, Housing Allowance

Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Alliance Ministerial Study Program (MSP) upon hiring.

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the Alliance ordination process

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a lay leader with proven experience making disciples

Church Size: 50 Avg. Sunday Attendance
