Job Description: Seeking a Lead Pastor with a heart for making disciples who can guide Iron Mill Church in being a Gospel-rooted, disciple-making community that loves audaciously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in developing leaders, fostering a culture of multiplication, and implementing clear pathways for spiritual transformation. Must be passionate about equipping people to carry out Jesus' mission where they work, live, and play while collaborating with regional churches for increasing Gospel impact.

Compensation: Health Coverage, Full-time salary, Parsonage, Relocation costs

Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program.

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to complete the Alliance accreditation process

Minimum Years of Experience: The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience as a staff pastor and proven experience making disciples.

Church History: Iron Mill Church opened its doors in September 2016. Named in honor of Danville's historic iron heritage, the church has focused on growing deep roots in the community while learning to love audaciously. With a heart for multiplication, they planted the Foundry Church in Berwick, PA in 2023. Though young in years, Iron Mill Church embodies the spirit of its industrial namesake - forging strong connections, shaping lives through discipleship, and building a lasting legacy of faith in the Susquehanna Valley.
