Overview
True Vine Church Community (TVCC) is seeking a lead pastor to continue leading the
congregation in sustaining revival. We are prayerfully seeking a lead pastor who loves people,
builds genuine relationships, and can connect meaningfully with our urban, multiethnic, and
multigenerational community. We desire a leader who embraces diversity, understands the
unique opportunities and challenges of urban ministry, and has a heart for reaching our
community with the Gospel. The pastor should be committed to developing and empowering
leaders, investing in the next generation, building unity across cultures and generations, and
leading with humility, integrity, wisdom, and emotional health. Above all, we are looking for
someone who loves Jesus deeply, faithfully teaches God's Word, and can lead our church into
its next season while honoring and building upon what God is already doing among us.

Church Bio
TVCC is located in the Wissinoming neighborhood of Philadelphia. TVCC has both an English
and Spanish congregation (Vid Verdadera). Over a dozen birth nations are represented among
the members of the church. TVCC is 1% Arab, 15% Asian, 16% Black, 15% Hispanic, 45%
White, and 11% multi/bi-racial. The Average Sunday morning attendance is 130-140 combined,
with the 10 AM service in English and the 1 PM service in Spanish. TVCC currently employs an
Assoc. Pastor for Spanish-speaking Ministries.
