A body of believers in rural Southwest Nebraska is seeking a pastor for their five-year old self-initiated church plant. Hayes Center Community Church (HCCC) currently has an advisory team, but is transitioning to an elder board. The desire of HCCC is to not be a pastor centric church, but to function with joint leadership from the Advisory Team (soon to be Elder Board) and the pastor to impact Hayes County for the Kingdom. HCCC is seeking a pastor that has a heart for the lost, a passion for spiritual growth within the body/region, and a desire to partner with others to make a Kingdom impact. The duties of the pastor include teaching, community outreach, and partnering with the board to develop a spirit-led ministry that impacts our community, county, and region for Christ. Our body believes there is great potential for this pastor to partner with the board and body to grow and significantly impact the area for the Kingdom of Christ.
