Requirements: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Amharic.

• Experience preaching or teaching
• Ability to establish a disciple-making vision for the church
• Skills to develop elders and other church leaders
• Experience overseeing administration
• A vision and passion to reach the next generation
