East Gate Alliance Church in Marshfield, WI is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Director of Family Ministries. This person will provide leadership to the children's and youth ministries at East Gate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children and youth become lifelong followers of Jesus! East Gate is a small, well-established congregation of about 120 in average Sunday attendance. We currently have a nursery and Children's Church for young children during our Sunday morning worship services and a youth group that meets weekly. We are seeking someone who can develop these ministries further. If you've been thinking about further ministry studies, this can be a residency position that provides valuable ministry experience while pursuing a degree online.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Family Ministries will work closely with the Senior Pastor and volunteers to create and implement a strategy for family discipleship at East Gate. They will be responsible for leading weekly ministry programs and planning occasional events, recruiting and empowering volunteers, and ensuring that child safety policies and procedures are being followed.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a godly man or woman who has a deep love for Christ and for children and youth! Previous vocational ministry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. Must be in agreement with the Christian and Missionary Alliance statement of faith.

SALARY: This is a part-time position (20-25 hours/week) that is highly flexible. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
