**Job Summary:**
The Solo Pastor position is a leadership role within the church, requiring the individual to oversee various aspects of ministry, provide spiritual guidance, and support the congregation's needs. **Qualifications:**
- Licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
- Demonstrated experience in pastoral ministry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide spiritual leadership and support to a diverse congregation.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and moral character.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in theology or a related field (preferred).

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the church's ministry and operations.
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to church members.
- Deliver engaging sermons and teachings in line with Christian beliefs.
- Lead and participate in church events, services, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of programs and activities.
- Uphold the values and doctrines of The Christian & Missionary Alliance in all aspects of ministry.
