Title of Position: Solo Pastor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Name of Church: Community Alliance Church - Towanda

Church Location: The church is located in Towanda, PA which lies in Bradford County and the Endless Mountain Region. This is a rural area where people enjoy fresh air, the great outdoors, hunting and fishing, and a quiet and calm pace of life.

Job Description: Community Alliance Church is seeking a pastor who is a good leader and teacher with a shepherd’s heart to fulfill their vision to impact their community with the Gospel. A transitional team will walk with the church through the process of discerning the greatest hindrances and needs in their church. After the elders and the church walk through that process a more detailed job description will be available.

Minimum Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of pastoral experience and has successfully led a congregation to engage their community with the Gospel.

Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP)

Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to complete the Alliance accreditation process

Compensation: Full-Time Salary and Parsonage Available

Church Size: Small (Less than 50 for Avg. Sunday Attendance)

Church Setting: Rural

Church Ministries: The church has a history of creative endeavors to reach their community and has a strong emphasis on mid-week children's ministry.
