Title of Position: Solo Pastor (Part-Time)

Current Name of Church: Community of Grace Fellowship

Church Location: Mansfield, PA

Job Description: The greatest felt need of the congregation is that someone would faithfully preach God’s Word and care for this elderly group. The optimal pastor would use his other job as a means of connecting with the community and developing a small group ministry that could become the new core group for the church to move forward. The congregation must be equipped to engage their community with the Gospel.

Compensation: Bi-Vocational Salary, Possible Parsonage

Minimum Education Level: Ministerial Study Program (MSP)

Minimum Credential Level: Willing to begin the Alliance accreditation process

Minimum Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with long-term believers and engaging unchurched people, leading them into discipleship.

Church Size: Small (Less than 50 Avg. Sunday Attendance)

Church Setting: Rural

Church Ministry Style: Blended, Combination of Topical and Expository
