Church Location: The church is located outside the small borough of Watsontown, Pennsylvania in Northumberland County, in the heart of central Pennsylvania's beautiful Susquehanna River Valley.
Job Description: The church is seeking a lead pastor who is a good leader and teacher with a shepherd’s heart. A more descriptive job description will be available soon. The church is just entering a pastoral transition. During their transition, they will be supported to discern the greatest needs in their church so they can best be positioned to impact their community with the Gospel. We are currently collecting resumes for interested pastoral candidates.
Ideal Start Date: Summer 2024
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Including or in addition to a minimum of 30 credit hours of Bible, theology, and ministry study)
Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to begin the consecration and ordination process with The Alliance
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of experience as a staff pastor
Compensation: Full-time salary with benefits, Parsonage available
Church Size: Medium - 100-200 Avg. Sunday Attendance
Church Setting: Town (5,000-10,000)
