Church Information

Church Size: 150 Avg. Sunday Attendance

Church History: Alliance Christian Fellowship was planted out of State College Alliance Church in 1975, with the hopes to start a local church congregation that was geared towards college students. This campus church was modeled after the local church, with a governing board of elders, teams of deacons and trustees. These positions were all occupied by college students.

Almost 50 years later, this continues to be the model for ACF. Through this model, hundreds upon hundreds of college students have been developed over the years — many of whom are now serving in different parts of the world as pastors, missionaries, church leaders, and much more. ACF at its core is a church FOR students, LED by students. And by God’s grace, ACF will continue to send out kingdom workers all over the world.

Church Vision: ACF exists to build God's kingdom on the campus of Penn State through a growing relationship with Christ. The pastoral position helps build and train up kingdom workers to make an impact in the life of college students. Worship, Belong, Serve is the mission that drives all we do and affirms our core values.

Church Ministry Style: As a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled church, Alliance Christian Fellowship is unified through contemporary worship, led by students.
