Faith Community Church in Red Oak, Iowa, is in search of a new Lead Pastor. Red Oak is a small community in southwestern Iowa filled with people who need opportunity to encounter Jesus. Faith Community is a strong congregation that loves the Lord and is seeking to reach not only those in Red Oak, but also the surrounding communities. They long to make the gospel known and are eager to have another leader join them! They are looking for an experienced, relationally oriented minister who is sensitive to the Holy Spirit and wants to work in collaboration with the local elders of the church to shepherd the congregation and make disciples.
