Are you looking to for a part time opportunity to see younger generations changed by the presence of Jesus while being transformed yourself? We are looking for a Youth Director to see RHAC’s vision realized through the shepherding of RHAC students and their friends. Our vision is to see our communities transformed by the presence of Jesus.

YOUTH RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee and grow RHAC Youth Ministry from 6th-12th grade through Christ-like pastoral care
• Creatively plan, lead the 6th-10th grade RH Youth and families of RHAC towards a culture and lifestyle of apprenticing Jesus
• Attend the 11th-12th grade Life Group bi-weekly as a co-facilitator
• Oversee and implement a monthly and yearly plan for Youth Ministry
• Communicate with the Elder Board of Rose Hill Alliance Church direction and progress on a bi-monthly basis and with the congregation annually
• Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead the Youth Ministry Team
• Oversee and utilize a yearly budget
• Encourage to attend and participate in C&MA conferences, District camps and events

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet regularly with the Lead Pastor for development and growth
• Work closely and participate with other staff members to develop a strong team
• Participate in spiritually formative growth opportunities at RHAC
• Meet with a mentor or coach outside of RHAC on a monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vibrant, committed relationship with Jesus Christ
• A clear calling from Jesus to Youth ministry
• Servant heart for Jesus and people that is humble, willing and teachable
• An ability to start and finish necessary projects
• Proven leadership success and failures
• Willingness to integrate into the life of RHAC
• Bachelors degree
• Passing background check
• Maintain any and all licensing and credential requirements with the C&MA
• Knowledge of Google suite apps, Planning Center, preferred but not required

RANGE

• This is a part-time position, 15 hours a week
• The Youth Director is hired by, accountable to, and under the supervision of the Lead Pastor
